We make cheesecakes of our own style
We offer two different types of cheesecakes. One is traditional baked cheesecake and the other one is an ice cream style cheesecake – “Glacier Cheesecake” which is made by our own inspirations.
We give cheesecake lovers a new experience by creating our own style of cheesecake with our secret recipes and baking techniques.

What does YAVIS mean?
The letters in YAVIS stand for “Young, Attractive, Verbal, Intelligent, and Successful.” This charming acronym is little known to the public. The earliest use of YAVIS was in the 1964 book “Psychotherapy: the Purchase of Friendship” by William Schofield (a professor of psychiatry at the University of Minnesota Medical School).

	Y	Having the resiliency, energy and optimism to change;
	A	Being able to open the possibility of new relationships;
	V	The ability to describe internal feelings and communicate effectively;
	I	The knowledge of understanding the priorities in life;
	S	Depending on your definition of "success".

YAVIS代表甚么意思？
YAVIS 代表“年輕、富有魅力、能言善辯、充滿智慧和事業有成”。這個富有魅力的名詞並不被大衆廣為熟悉。最早使用這詞的是美國明尼蘇達大學（University of Minnesota）醫學院的精神病學教授William Schofield。他在1964年出版的《心理療法：友誼的購買》的書中第一次使用YAVIS一詞。

	A	富有魅力代表善于與人相處和建立新的人際關繫
	V	能言善辯代表能夠清楚地表達內心的想法和善于用言語溝通

Red wall The red wall is called “the wall of strength and courage”. It’s not whether we get knocked down; it’s whether we get up. 紅牆紅牆被稱為“力量和勇氣之牆”。我們怎樣跌倒並不重要，重要的是我們能否重新站起來。

Flying petals The flying petals represent the wonders of nature. Life is beauty, admire it.. 自由飄飛的花瓣那些無序飄揚的花瓣代表自然界的奇妙。生命是一個美妙的奇蹟，盡情享受它。。
Black and white colour scheme The black represents the moments of darkness, sadness and disappointment. The white represents the moments of lightfulness, happiness and satisfaction. YAVIS CLUB is a place for people to seek for comforts and share the moments of joys and anguishes. 黑白色調黑色代表黑暗、悲傷和絕望無助的時刻。白色代表光明、快樂和充滿希望的日子。客人們在YAVIS CLUB可以找到心靈的安慰並與朋友一起去分擔痛苦和共同分享快樂。

Polished concrete floor The polished concrete floor is called “the rock” and it represents the foundation of life. We shall build our life on the solid rock instead of the floating sand. 拋光水泥地面拋光水泥地面被稱為“磐石”並代表我們生命的根基。我們應將我們的生命建立在堅硬的磐石上而不是在流沙上。
Corridor The corridor to the back of the shop is called “the corridor of inspiration” and it represents the journey of life. The life we want to live decides the way we live our life. 通道通往店鋪后部的通道被稱為“靈感的通道”並代表人生的道路。我們想擁有怎樣的生命決定我們怎樣去生活。
